Notable for its winter growth cycle and minimal flowering, it produces slender inflorescences with tubular flowers. The absence of spines distinguishes it from related varieties. Succulent, thick ovate leaves with wavy margins and a rough surface; spineless. Compact, bushy habit with small size. Small, tubular, pale flowers borne on slender, elongated inflorescences.
Prefers partial shade or filtered sunlight. Use well-draining substrate with mineral content. Water moderately, allowing soil to dry between irrigations. Temperatures should not drop below 5 °C; protect from prolonged frost.
