Aeonium arboreum 'Luteovariegatum' originates from the Canary Islands, thriving on volcanic rocky slopes with strong sun exposure. It exhibits a winter growth cycle and is polycarpic. Its yellow-green variegated leaves represent a distinctive anomaly within the Aeonium genus. Leaves spatulate, 5-7 cm wide, arranged in compact spiral rosettes, with irregular creamy yellow margins on a dark green base; coloration intensifies under full sun and winter cold.
Place in full sun or bright partial shade; irrigate exclusively during active winter growth; substrate must contain at least 70% draining mineral components; minimum temperature 5 °C; prevent waterlogging to avoid basal rot.
