Aeonium sedifolium, native to the Canary Islands, thrives on porous volcanic soils and rocky slopes. It exhibits a clumping, polycarpic growth habit with cylindrical succulent leaves, distinctive within the genus for its narrow, elongated leaf morphology. Leaves cylindrical, 2-4 cm long, arranged in compact rosettes; coloration light green with reddish tones under full sun and during winter.
Full sun to partial shade exposure; reduced watering in winter, increased in summer; substrate containing at least 70% mineral content; minimum temperature 5°C; prone to damage from prolonged waterlogging.
