Echeveria cuspidata originates from Mexico, inhabiting calcareous rocky slopes at 1500-2200 m elevation. It is a clumping, polycarpic succulent with leaves ending in a sharp cusp, a distinctive trait uncommon among Echeveria species. Leaves spatulate, 3-5 cm long, arranged in a dense rosette with a pronounced sharp apex. Green-gray coloration with violet hues during colder months.
Full sun exposure with partial shade during peak heat. Reduced watering from October to March; substrate containing at least 70% mineral content. Minimum temperature 5°C; prone to damage from prolonged waterlogging.
