Echeveria moranii is native to the limestone cliffs of the Sierra Madre Occidental, Mexico. It exhibits a compact rosette growth habit and is a polycarpic perennial with active growth primarily during spring and summer months. Leaves spatulate, 3-4 cm wide, arranged in a dense rosette with faintly serrated margins; coloration varies from blue-green to pinkish tones under full sun and drought stress.
Requires minimum 6 hours of direct sunlight; watering suspended from autumn to late winter; substrate composed of at least 70% coarse sand and gravel; minimum temperature 5°C; prone to root rot if waterlogged.
