Echeveria sp. native to central Mexico, inhabiting limestone rocky slopes at 1500-2200 m elevation. Exhibits a seasonal growth cycle and is polycarpic, with notably fewer stolons compared to congeners. Spatulate leaves 3-5 cm long, arranged in a compact rosette with slightly undulate margins. Green-gray coloration with red tips intensified under water stress and high light exposure.
Morning full sun exposure, partial shade in afternoon. Reduced watering from October to March. Substrate composed of at least 70% coarse sand and pumice. Minimum temperature 5°C; prolonged waterlogging causes tissue necrosis.
