Native to South Africa, Haworthia cooperi pilifera variegata inhabits rocky slopes with volcanic substrates. It is a slow-growing polycarpic species, distinguished by atypical variegation and piliferous leaf texture affecting translucency. Cylindrical leaves 3-5 cm long arranged in a compact rosette. Irregular white-green variegation with fine hairs covering the surface, causing seasonal translucency variations.
Prefers filtered light or partial shade. Reduced watering in winter, frequent in summer. Substrate with at least 70% mineral content. Minimum temperature 8°C. Susceptible to waterlogging causing root rot.
