Native to rocky slopes of central Mexico, Myrtillocactus fukurokuryozinboku thrives on limestone substrates under full sun. This polycarpic species produces segmented stems with distinctive tubular protuberances, a unique trait within the Myrtillocactus genus. Cylindrical segmented stems up to 1.5 m long, bearing conical tubercles 2-3 cm arranged spirally. Light green coloration with bluish hues, intensified during winter.
Full direct sunlight exposure. Watering limited to spring-summer, preventing waterlogging. Substrate with minimum 70% mineral content, neutral pH. Minimum temperature 5°C; susceptible to root rot from excess moisture.
