Peperomia dolabriformis hails from the montane forests of Venezuela, typically found on calcareous rocky substrates under partial shade. It exhibits slow, polycarpic growth and distinctively flattened, trapezoidal-section succulent leaves uncommon within the genus. Leaves thick, flattened, 4-6 cm long, trapezoidal cross-section with sharp margins, arranged in compact rosettes; green-gray color with bluish hues, darkening under low light conditions.
Maintain stable partial shade, avoid intense direct sunlight; reduce watering in winter, substrate with minimum 70% mineral content; minimum temperature 12°C; susceptible to waterlogging causing root rot.
