Cotyledon undulata, a succulent species in the Crassulaceae family, is native to arid regions of Namibia and South Africa. It typically grows on sandy, rocky soils at low altitudes. The plant produces tubular orange flowers in racemes. It is distinguished within its genus by its thick, undulating leaves. Thick, fleshy leaves with pronounced undulating margins, green-grey in color, arranged in a loose rosette. Bushy habit with woody stems at the base. Tubular orange flowers appear in racemose inflorescences on mature plants.
Provide full sun or bright partial shade. Use a well-draining substrate, preferably sandy with mineral components. Water moderately, allowing the soil to dry completely between irrigations. Minimum temperatures should not fall below 5°C; protect from frost.
